These projects involved improvements to the pedestrian realm including sidewalks, crosswalks, and roadway rehabilitation.
Construction Cost:

Phase I Reconstruction

This project involved the reconstruction of existing roadways, sidewalks and drainage facilities within the project limits.
Project Limits:
- Lamar Street and Dallas Street from Chartres Street to Emancipation Avenue.
- St. Emanuel Street, Hutchins Street and Bastrop Right of Way from McKinney Street to Polk Street.
Construction Cost: $6,159,599
Construction Completed: May 2019
