About the Management District & TIRZ 15

The East Downtown Management District provides services such as safety patrols, right of way maintenance, advocacy, and placemaking initiatives for the neighborhood. The East Downtown Redevelopment Authority (TIRZ 15) establishes infrastructure investment priorities to bolster and enhance development within Tax Reinvestment Zone No. 15. Together, these organizations work to create a vibrant, safe, and thriving East Downtown.
