Building Directions

*Please allow a few extra minutes for the check-in and escort process

The office is located at 1000 Louisiana Street, Suite 6700, Houston, TX 77002 within Wells Fargo Plaza.

• Check in at the security kiosk on the Louisiana Street side of the building lobby.
• Inform security that you are visiting Greenberg Traurig.
• Security will contact the office to announce your arrival, and a member of the team will meet you in the Sky Lobby on the 59^th
• You will then be escorted to the office on the 67^th

Garage Entrance and Valet Parking

• The garage entrance is on the corner of Louisiana Street and Lamar Street.
• All visitors must use the valet service, which will be validated at the Greenberg Traurig office.
• Enter the down ramp from the Lamar Street elevation.
• At the bottom of the ramp, proceed through the loading dock, then turn right and continue down one more ramp.
• Turn right at the bottom of this ramp and follow the signs to the valet lane.

Bus, Light Rail & Bike Directions

• Westbound METRO buses 40 & 41 stop at Lamar Street & Smith Street, outside the building.
• Eastbound METRO buses 40 & 41 stop at McKinney Street & Smith Street, across the street from the building.
• Many commuter buses stop on Smith Street and Louisiana Street near the building.
• The building is a quarter mile walk west from the METRO Red Line Light Rail Main Street Square station.
• There is a bike rack on the same level as valet parking in the garage (no e-bikes) and a public bike rack on the Smith Street/McKinney Street side of the building.

Tips and reminders

• Allow an extra 5-10 minutes to navigate the building and if you need assistance, ask the front lobby to direct you to the Greenberg Traurig office on the 67^th
• The meetings will have a virtual option.
• Public comment occurs at the beginning of the meeting, and members of the public will have 3 minutes to speak to the Board.
